What this site is — and is not
This site describes an intellectual-property transfer: the outright sale of a clinical decision-support platform to a national health authority. It is a description, not an offer. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer, a quotation, a warranty, or a contractual commitment of any kind. Commercial terms, pricing and full technical documentation are communicated only after a mutual non-disclosure agreement, and only a signed written agreement binds either party.
Every capability statement on this site is drawn from dated internal engineering and validation records. Those records are made available for independent verification during due diligence. Where a certification is a condition of delivery rather than an accomplished fact, this site says so on its own face, with the date on which the statement was true.
