Privacy notice

What this website collects: nothing

There are no cookies. There is no analytics, no tag manager, no advertising or measurement pixel, no session recording, no A/B testing, no third-party font, no embedded video, no social widget, no chat widget, and no form. The page is one HTML document with its own images. Nothing on it calls a third-party server, so no third party learns that you visited.

Your choice of interface language is applied in your browser and is not stored, not transmitted and not remembered between visits.

You can verify all of this rather than take our word for it: open your browser's network panel and load this site. Every request goes to this domain. There are none to anywhere else.

Server logs

Our host records ordinary technical logs when a page is served — IP address, timestamp, the file requested, the referring page and the browser's user-agent string. These exist to operate and protect the service. We do not link them to any person, do not analyse them for marketing, and do not build profiles from them. They are retained under our host's own retention policy and deleted on its schedule.

When you write to us

If you email us, we hold your message, your email address, and whatever you choose to tell us about yourself or your institution.

• We use it to answer you and to conduct the discussion you started.
• The legal basis, where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, is the taking of steps at your request prior to a contract (Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).
• We keep correspondence for as long as the discussion is live, and afterwards only as long as we need it as a business record.
• We do not sell it, do not rent it, do not add you to a marketing list, and do not share it with anyone outside Ravisant Health except where the law requires it.

Patient data

Ravisant Health does not receive, host or process patient data through this website or in the course of a transfer. The platform is delivered to the acquiring authority and operates inside that authority's own infrastructure, under that authority's own law and clinical governance. Any demonstration material is synthetic.

Your rights

Where the GDPR, the UK GDPR or a comparable law applies to you, you have the right to ask us for access to the personal data we hold about you, and for its rectification, erasure, or restriction; to object to our processing; and to receive it in a portable form. Write to info@ravisanthealth.com and we will answer within one month. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the supervisory authority in your country.

Where your data goes

Ravisant Health is established in the United States and our host operates a global network. Correspondence you send us is therefore processed in the United States. We do not transfer it onward for any other purpose.

Security

This site is static: there is no database, no user account, no login and no server-side code that runs on your input, so there is no store of personal data on it to breach. Correspondence is held in ordinary business email under access control.
